Production Manager
- Financial Management: In addition to their core responsibilities, the Production Manager oversees project finances, ensuring timely payments from clients and to subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors. This role involves managing cash flow, monitoring budgets, and executing financial transactions within project financial guidelines to maintain the company’s financial health and project profitability.
- Planning and Coordination: Oversees the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects. Ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Resource Management: Allocates resources efficiently, including labor, materials, and equipment. Works closely with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services.
- Process Improvement: Implements processes and technologies to increase efficiency and productivity in construction operations. Regularly reviews project performance to identify areas for improvement.
Project Manager (Field)
- On-Site Management: Acts as the primary point of contact for all on-site activities. Ensures that construction work is carried out according to plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Coordination with Stakeholders: Liaises with architects, engineers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure that all parties are aligned and informed of project progress.
- Quality Control: Monitors the quality of workmanship and materials on site. Identifies and resolves issues that may affect the project’s quality, timeline, or budget.
Office Manager
- Administrative Support: Oversees the administrative functions of the office, including document management, compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and office supply management.
- Human Resources: Manages HR-related tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and performance evaluations. Ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Financial Management: Assists with budget preparation, financial reporting, and the management of accounts receivable/payable. Works closely with the accounting department to ensure accurate financial management.
Front Desk
- Customer Service: Acts as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and suppliers who enter the office or contact the company by phone. Provides information, directs inquiries, and offers a welcoming atmosphere.
- Communication Management: Manages incoming and outgoing communications, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing mail and courier services. Ensures messages are relayed promptly to the appropriate staff.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinates appointments, meetings, and schedules for staff, especially for senior management or project managers. May also manage room bookings for meetings.
- Administrative Support: Assists with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation. Supports the office manager in ensuring smooth office operations.
